him aboard.

The man, actually he appeared to a gentleman of means, on the horse just reached the shore a moment too late. The boat was just nearing the current and was changing direction. In moments the engine had reversed and the boat was going into mid-stream much faster than any horse could run.

The captain stepped came over to where the daughter and furry were.

“You are going to be the death of me.” The captain said to the furry.

“Are you going to kill me?” The furry asked weakly.

“Maybe.” The captain said in all seriousness. “It depends on whether you can tell me the truth about what is going on. What is your name furry?”

“My name is Dru’Ar.” He stated. “You can call me Drew.”

“And you miss?” The captain was now speaking to the Lost Daughter. “Do you have a name?”

“Yes,” she replied, “I am Maggie.”

“You have chosen a very nice name. I know a Maggie on the Delta. Very lovely lady.” The captain charmed. “And I am Captain SoGlog Southfield.”
