Lady Horse said, “The party was a grand success, but this is some mess left over. It will take a lot of work to clean it all up. Do you want to meet me tomorrow morning and take a stab at it before Ellington Owl wakes up?”

Reginald P. Lizard touched the brim of his top hat and said, “Just so.” He picked up his walking stick, and the two friends headed home.

  Writer

I've always been fond of the written word, but I never really considered it seriously until I turned 44. My first thought was to write coffee table books because I rather like looking through them, and I felt the blending of my photography and writing was just the creative outlet I had been seeking. That is where I got the idea for “Mojave Memories,” which is a work in progress.

I sort of fell into this other writing venue when a friend sent me several sketches of lizards. At first, I simply wanted to throw together a few paragraphs that were fun and would lend themselves to her fun drawings. Eventually the story grew larger.

I live and write in Las Vegas, Nevada.
