Page 25 of Drunk on You

"Je t'aime tellement," he tells me in his lyrical accent that makes my heart soar.

"I love you so much right back, you intoxicating man."

That night, locked away in his office, we spend hours getting drunk off each other--our love something fairy tales are made of--and I know I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have the best not-so-fake boyfriend.

  THE END

We'll be back for more Hope Town early next year when Liberty Kingston finds out just how sinfully perfect a Cage man can be.

I always find these to be the most challenging part of writing a story, to be honest. I usually spend a great deal of time freaking out that I've forgotten someone--and after fifteen books, it still happens.

So ... I'll keep this short and sweet.

To my husband and girls with their endless support and understanding when I get so deeply intertwined with my characters and books that I'm locked away for days and days. I wouldn't be able to do any of this without you guys.

To Felicia, the bestest friend in the universe, for ignoring me for hours and yelling at me when I would get all Debby Downer. I would probably still be at the first sex scene in this book if I didn't have you. And ... let's be honest, it's only half as fun when you're writing alone.

To Lara, Georgette, Jenny, Ellie and Stacey. Without the five of you, this book wouldn't be the best it can be. It would just be a mess of typos and hot sex. Kidding, well, not really. I would be lost without y'all.

To my publicist and friend Dani for putting up with me and every single thing that life threw at me that kept this book from you all for so long. She really is the powerhouse behind me that keeps things rolling. Thank you for your support and understanding and most of all, friendship.

A massive thank you to Barbara Hoover for her French knowledge and helping Shane sound like the sexy man he is! I would have a jumbled mix of words, had it not been for you!

To my good friends, Angie and Steve Buckles at Doodles of Pearls - thank you for letting me bring my obsession for you and your business to my world. You guys are amazing and I wish you nothing but the best. For more information on Nikki and Ember's (and my) favorite pearl place, visit: www.doodlesofpearls.com

Last but never least - to my readers. This book is 100% for you. You kept your faith in me during some pretty scary moments in my life and never once gave up, even when I told you this book would be put off for months from what I originally planned. I always knew I had the best readers in the world, but you guys continue to prove it time and time again. I love you all, and I can't wait to continue this ride with you for--hopefully--many more years.
