  “Marty, it’s Felix.”

  “Oh boy.”

  “What’s that mean?”

  “I don’t know if I should be talking to you.”

  “Why not?”

  “Because you’re a suspect in a case I’m working on.”

  “You know I didn’t murder those two, Marty. I killed them, but I didn’t murder them.” 

  “Felix, I don’t know...”

  “What?”

  “This is a bad one, man. I don’t know if I can help you.”

  “All I want is the blood test results. Just read them to me and hang up the phone. It’ll be like it never happened.”

  “Felix...”

  “Please, Marty. I need to know.”

  “I don’t think you’re going to like it.” 

  “Just tell me.”
