“Oh, crap!” Cranston said as he listened to the report. “O’Leary! Where are you?” Everyone looked around for him, but he’d already left the room. Cranston walked quickly out of the room and saw O’Leary on the phone. “You and Anderson, get your gear together. We have to move fast!”

“I’m way ahead of you, Sir,” he said as he pointed to two large duffel bags behind the desk. O’Leary hung up the phone. “That was the airport. Since yesterday I’ve had a helicopter standing by. He’ll pick us up on the roof in five minutes.”

“Good thinking,” Cranston said relieved. “He can fly us down to the Sheriff’s office. We’ll coordinate efforts from there. Now let’s go!” Anderson and O’Leary grabbed the bags, and the three men started to run down the hall. The phone rang and one of the other agents answered it.

“Sir! It’s the Governor!” he said.

“Tell him I’ve already left!” Cranston replied as he hurried out of the room.
