Why do you question God, especially during difficult times? Sometimes we question God because we really do want the answers. Sometimes we question God because we really don't want to obey Him. Sometimes we question God, not to get an answer but because we are angry at Him.

Gideon questioned God several times. How do you think God reacts to our questioning Him?

Think about it this way, next time God asks you to do, something that is way, way out of your comfort zone, ask yourself “What has God done for me?”. Maybe it will change your perspective on why we should obey Him the first time He asks.

What happens to you when you step out of your comfort zone?

What happens to your faith when you step out of your comfort zone?

What happens to your view of God when you step out of your comfort zone? (For those of you who have read “The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe”, Lucy has a great picture of what happens to our view of God when we step out in faith. I’ll give you a big hint: Lucy hasn’t seen Aslan for quite a long time. When she finally sees him again, he appears much bigger than she remembers him being. She is puzzled as to why Aslan appears much larger then she remembers.)
