The Ternathian calendar is used by virtually all of Sharona, although the Uromathian Empire has its own “official” calendar which is used internally (primarily in official documents). The names and length of the months are:

The Ternathian calendar is also divided into PE and AE (Pre-Erthain and After-Erthain). The dividing point is the year tradition assigns to the first manifestation of Talent in the reign of Erthain the Great.

When both Arcanans and Sharonians appear in the same section, the first date given is for the first “nationality” in the chapter.
