until you accomplish all of them. The results will be worth it and exciting, this develops a sense of masters over our weakening situations hence the success.

Adapt to Prayer Power: Always kesep yourself dedicated to God through Prayers even if you do not shout but keep your heart committed that in whatever you are doing; it is in the will of God and through Christ who strengthens us. This is the best way you will see things working out themselves in your life towards your limitless favor. With this principle you just have to do your part and God concludes the rest, even the time you sit for your exams. Please say a short Prayer and be filled with calmness, be confident with whatever you have read in mind that it will take you through that examination paper.

I am sure that a bigger percentage of students 95% always panic and develop higher blood pressure during examination time just because they lack self belief and confidence in whatever they have read. The truth is that whether you have read and completed the syllabus or not. We are always having enough matter in our heads to make us pass our exams with flying colors as long as you covered the introduction and at least four chapters of the course unit, all we need is creativity in how we handle our academics the rest are better grades! Discussions are a very important activity with group members, put these into consideration because it expands the brain dimensions and exploit each part of the topic as you exchange different ideas with your fellow students. The power of discussions has it that as long as what you have covered appears in an exam, the pen jus slides and in few hours you see yourself done with the paper that you spent the rest of the night scared of.

HOW CAN WE KEEP UP ALL OUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITHOUT GOING CRAZY?

You have got a class schedule. You are supposed to study. You have got a family. You have got a husband, wife, boy friend, and child. You have got a job or many jobs like me. How are you possibly going to cover all the bases in your life and maintain your sanity? This is one of the toughest problems faced at University. Even if they start the semester with the best intentions, they eventually find themselves tearing their hair out trying to do everything they are supposed to do. Believe it or not, though, it is possible to meet all your responsibilities. And you do not have to turn into a hermit or give up your loved ones to do it.

The secret here is to organize your time. But, do not just sit around half the semester planning to get everything together soon. Before you know it you will be confronted with midterm tests, papers, family and work all at once. Do not let yourself reach that breaking point. Instead, try these four tactics:

Use “to do” lists. This is a secret that single high handedly has got me through past University years, balancing work with academics. Once a week (or every day if you want to), write a list of what you have to do. Write down everything from write Programming codes, Information Systems Projects, Course Work, Revising, Discussion, Software research papers” to “going for lunch”. The best thing about (to-do) list is that it seems to tame all those stray “I have to” thoughts that nag at your mind. After accomplishing one thing on the list cross it off. Do not be compulsive about finishing everything; we are not “Supermen”, for that reason that is when coursework exerts pressure on my class group members, I just tell them “we are not machines! Cool down all is well. Get the important things done first. The secondary things you do not finish can simply be moved to your next “to-do” list.

Make up a study schedule. Sit down during the first few days of the semester and make up a sheet listing the days and hours of the week. Fill in your work and class hours first. Then try to block out some study hours. It is better to study a little everyday than to create a huge once or twice a week marathon session. Schedule study hours for your hardest classes for the times when you feel most energetic. For example, I battled my organizing the launch of my new organization Master Minds Power Seminars Uganda, International Inc. everyday from 11am-12:30pm writing the foundation instrument report, I might as well been reading Database Languages. The usual proportion, by the way, is one hour of study time every class hour.

In case you are one of the people who get carried away, remember to leave blocks of free time too. You will not be any good to yourself or anyone else if you do not relax and pack in the studying once in a while.

Prepare a monthly calendar. Get one of the calendars with big blocks around the dates. Give yourself an overview of the whole term marking down the due dates for papers and projects. Circle test and exam days. This way those days do not sneak upon you unexpectedly.

Alarm clocks and reminders. There is this quotation that if you press “snooze in the morning, you will be working for those who respect alarms and get to work ont their dreams immediately”. Do not think that alarms are for waking up only during morning hours when we are deep in sleep no! You can set your alarms to correspond with your to-do lists. This has made my academics walk smooth and working on my Dreams and goals. I find my self happy at the end of the day when a lot has been accomplished than when I used to rush in life whole sale because I wanted just to see things finished until I discovered that things have to be accomplished not finished for a top achiever like me and you to feel safe. Direction is better than speed. Alarms Clocks are very important because I have a clear testimony that my Brothers and Sisters at home have excelled in their academics and business because they respect time management and keeping commitment to alarms. It is never too late you can be helped out.

You must know this because most of us spend a lot of time doing a lot whole of nothing, it better to accomplish small things step by step because however small it is, it counts because you must keep taking steps even if it is one step and miracles will happen just to accomplish our goals. As I conclude, understand that dreams can never follow money, but money will always follow dreams, do you have a dream? Do you have goals? If not, you must search yourselves soon because Dreams are the original Fabrics of a better successful future. So, whenever things get tougher, it is the alert that your success break though is knocking at your life door, it is the time of uplifting and then you must keep aiming at the top. Success to you!
