CHAPTER 36
The Most Magical Place
The tidal wave crashed over Atlantis. Sweeping away everything and everyone, the ocean smashed whatever civilization had existed. In a few brief seconds, the wave erased all signs of settlements, landscapes, and creatures. No mortal beings survived.
Before long, only deep blue waves, rolling endlessly, marked the spot where there had once been an island. An island that had been, for a time, the most magical place on Earth.
