caught the knife he had hanging up and held it out at me I knew he wouldn’t hurt me so I just stood there daring him to try cutting me, but I was wrong dead wrong. He took a lunge at me and hit my arm little beads of blood surfaced I was all to alert now.
“I never saw this coming.” I lunged as he ducked and flipped me over his head I landed on my butt as he turned around aiming for my head which he just hardly missed.
“Trust me I didn’t even know this stuff was real until just yesterday.” I lunged loosing concentration when I caught sight of Parker and that was it Cody hit his target he hit me in the heart twisted and I was down in a few minutes I’d be dead last thing I saw was Parker busting through the window with a quick slash of his hand he decapitated Cody at least he didn’t have to suffer. He was with his parents now. I wasn’t going I didn’t see any white light no memories flashing before my eyes just pitch black something was wrong, I wasn’t crossing over.
10 years later
I don’t remember waking up all I know is Parker and i are more then just friends more then just dating, we’re married and I’m now immortal. Someday I’ll have to get the answers to the questions I’ve withheld from him for so long now, but for now I’ll just stick with what I know.
